1000-Lb Best Friends star lost 250lbs and says she’s now ‘addicted to plastic surgery’: ‘My next goal is a BBL’

1000-Lb Best Friends star Vannessa Cross triumphantly declared that she feels ‘healthy’ and ‘happy’ after losing 250lbs.

She shot to fame on the TLC reality show, which follows the lives of four morbidly obese gal pals and their various attempts to shed pounds.

Vannessa, 46, previously weighed 450lbs but has successfully slimmed down to less than 200lbs with the help of bariatric surgery, ‘healthy foods’ and regular exercise.

After her dramatic weight loss, she was left with excess skin, which she has since had removed with an operation, she told People.

Her recovery from the procedure was so ‘easy and painless’ that she has become ‘a little bit addicted to plastic surgery’ and hopes to get a Brazilian butt lift, she said.

‘You know, white girl, no butt ever in my life,’ dished Vannessa. ‘Mommy and daddy didn’t have butt, so I’m going to need my plastic surgeon to give me one of them pretty little round booties.’

She reflected: ‘Life has changed immensely for me, from being 450 and now I am under 200 lbs. I actually go to the gym. I actually eat extremely healthy foods. I never saw myself living a healthy lifestyle and here I am.’

On recent episodes of 1000-Lb. Best Friends, Vannessa could be seen feeling that she had been ‘exiled’ by her pals ‘for losing weight.’

However she soldiered ahead on her mission to achieve the body she wanted, and met with doctors to try to get approved for skin removal surgery.

She was filmed consulting with a surgeon to excise the excess skin dangling from her midriff, which she gave the pet name ‘Betsy May.’

‘I got turned down by a couple plastic surgeons, which blew my mind because it wasn’t nothing but a bunch of hanging skin. But finally, I found a doctor that accepted me and I had my plastic surgery,’ Vannessa has now revealed.

‘I had Betsy May chopped off, honey! She gone! She’s swimming somewhere!’ Vanessa triumphantly declared of her surgery.

‘All I wanted was to be normal. When I lost all my weight but still had that hanging skin, going to gym, every time I ran, you heard the fat roll slapping,’ she recalled.

She reflected: 'Life has changed immensely for me, from being 450 and now I am under 200 lbs,' noting her new 'healthy lifestyle' with 'extremely health foods' (pictured before weight loss)

She also bared her soul about the change in her emotional state since her weight loss and surgery, proudly announcing: 'I feel like I am the baddest woman alive and can't nobody touch me'

'I love being able to walk out the door every day and hold my head up high knowing I am somebody,' she said, crowing: 'Now Vannessa's out there, honey!'

‘People would look. You’re wearing a tank top and you got your bat wings hanging down and they hear “pap pap pap,”‘ Vanessa added.

‘Now I get to go to the gym and run and have no issues whatsoever. That is amazing. I actually live life now. Instead of being the big person that’s just existing, I’m living.’

Vanessa acknowledged: ‘Yes, maybe I was somebody at 450 lbs, but I was somebody that just wanted to stay hidden. Now Vannessa’s out there, honey! I want the world to see me. I’m happy. I’m healthy.’

With her skin removal completed, Vannessa has trained her eyes on the prospect of aBrazilian butt lift, which she describes as her ‘biggest goal’ at present.

‘I’m a little bit addicted to plastic surgery because my healing was extremely easy and painless. So my next goal is a BBL. I want my Brazilian butt lift,’ she spilled.
