Love Is Blind’s Hannah Jiles reveals her weight loss secrets after giving up Ozempic when it made her ‘so sick’

Love Is Blind season 7 Hannah Jiles has revealed how she achieved her weight loss transformation – insisting that it was ‘all me’ rather than the help of Ozempic.

Following the release of the new edition of the Netflix show, the 27-year-old reality has been showcasing her slimmer figure on social media, explaining that she is the ‘same girl’ but just has a ‘healthier mindset.’

In a new interview, Hannah finally lifted the lid on how she managed to shift the weight, and while she did admit to trying Ozempic, she maintains that she gave it up after two weeks when it made her sick.

‘Everyone’s saying I am on Ozempic,’ Hannah said. ‘I did try Ozempic. Back in the spring, I tried it for two weeks, I think.

‘And unfortunately, I think it’s an amazing thing, but it made me so sick I couldn’t take it. Trust me, I would take it if I could, but it was just all me.’

Hannah revealed to People that her image overhaul was ultimately down to changing her relationship with food and exercise.

‘I still don’t really like working out, but I just try to move as much as possible,’ she told the publication.

‘And if I can do Pilates or yoga, that’s the best I can do because I’m not going running. It’s just not me. And I just don’t eat a lot.

‘Not changing what I eat, just how much I ate and just trying to move more.’

During her time in the pods, Hannah spoke about her weight loss journey.

She explained: ‘It’s been really hard to find a husband because people are very superficial.

‘You could be the best person in the world. You could have the prettiest face, the best personality, but if I you have a couple extra pounds, they’re not into you.’

Hannah also revealed that she had lost 42 pounds prior to joining the show.

She explained: ‘During Covid, I gained weight. I was never, like, fat — I mean, fat is so subjective right? And then last year I lost 45 pounds.

‘So weight is still a sensitive topic to me.’

Earlier this month, Hannah defended discussing her weight loss journey in the pods when participants weren’t supposed to talk about their physical attributes.

She told Us Weekly: ‘It’s just a part of my journey and when I’m talking about weight loss, it’s my biggest insecurity, so it’s something that’s important to me.

‘And talking about it, I don’t think, disclosed how I look because they don’t know if I’m 300 lbs. and I lost that weight or if I’m 120 and I lost the weight.

‘They can judge, or they can try and figure out what I weigh, but I’m confident in myself and I just wanna let you know ’cause that’s who I am and it’s part of me.’

On Love Is Blind, Hannah ended up leaving the pods engaged to Nick Dorka.

The couple’s romance hit a roadblock on their honeymoon, however, when her other half found the notes she had noted down all his red flags.

Hannah and Nick eventually called time on their engagement.

Speaking in her confessional, Hannah said: ‘I feel very manipulated and I feel very weak.

‘I feel like he was so worried about how his friends, his family and everybody views him and how bad he was going to look instead of actually trying to focus on being here with me and being open and honest.’
