A self-proclaimed trophy wife has lifted the lid on the lavish lifestyle she enjoys thanks to her husband who is 50 years her senior and has a ‘net worth of $70 million.’

The 22-year-old, from the US, took to Reddit to admit that she ‘married for money’ as she allowed people on the web to ask their burning questions about her ‘loveless’ marriage.

In a thread titled Ask Me Anything, the unnamed woman revealed that she met her spouse while working at an extravagant country club. 

She revealed that their arrangement, which sees her having access to all of his funds and regularly having sex with him, has left her able to pay off her mom’s house and help her family with their expenses. 

Despite not being ‘in love,’ the young woman revealed that she and her 70-year-old husband are ‘good friends.’

‘I worked at a very nice country club and would constantly flirt with the guests there. He would come there sometimes and seemed to like my looks so we started seeing each other,’ the woman replied. 

Many wondered what the trophy wife offers her spouse, since he is the one with the money, as they begged her to tell them how the agreement came about. 

The user questioned: ‘What do you bring to the table? Looks? Cooking? Kids? Generally curious.’

‘He said he wanted a young and attractive wife to go on trips with him and to show off to people he knows. I was happy to do that for him,’ she revealed.

The couple, who has been married for two years now, began their marriage with somewhat of a deal, according to the 22-year-old.

The trophy wife explained: ‘Not an agreement for how often we have sex. But when he asks me to go somewhere with him unless I’m just sick he wants me to go. And when we do go out he expects me to dress a certain way, which is a way I enjoy dressing.’ 

She also shared that they have an open relationship.

The trophy wife responded: ‘I’m 22, he’s 70. He’s worth around $70M. We have an open relationship. I’m attracted enough to him to make the sex worthwhile, but I wouldn’t pick him out of a lineup probably. 

‘Don’t love him but we get along well. Just have conversations. Mostly me asking him about his life and career.’

She noted that while they don’t love each other, they are ‘good friends.’

‘Yes he does. We were upfront about this before we got married. I’m here because of his money. He’s here because of my looks and age. We both understand and like our arrangement,’ she replied. 

The woman also boasted about the lavish things she has been able to afford with her spouse’s money. 

She revealed: ‘He bought me a car, he buys me clothes and jewelry, he takes me on amazing trips.

‘And he’s let me payoff my parents’ house and send them on their dream vacation. I’ve gotten to buy amazing dinner and group tabs and drinks for my friends. More clothes haha.’

She also revealed that the whopping amount of money has made her very happy in life. 

The 22-year-old admitted: ‘I am [happy]! I get to treat myself and my family to the things they want to do. My parents house? Paid off! That vacation my parents always dreamed of taking together? Bankrolled!’ 

However, she confessed that her parents weren’t always supportive of her arrangement.

She said: ‘There was some discomfort about it at first, but eventually they made their peace with it and now pretty much everyone gets along.’

Lastly, she noted that they have a prenup but she is still set to be ‘very well off’ if he divorces her, before adding that she ‘wouldn’t’ care for him in the ending days of his life.
