Josh Allen and the Buffalo Bills handed Patrick Mahomes and the Kansas City Chiefs their first loss of the season last weekend – and Tom Brady doesn’t think it will be long before the star quarterbacks meet again.
The win moved the Bills to 9-2 on the season – while the previously undefeated Chiefs fell to 9-1 – and both teams are near-locks to make the postseason.
And in appearing in a video for Fox Sports’ Instagram account, Brady tipped the passers to meet for a ninth total time this winter.
‘I’d be shocked if the Chiefs and the Bills don’t meet again in January,’ he said. ‘But I feel good about Kansas City bouncing back this week when they take on the Panthers.’
While Allen is now 4-1 against Mahomes in the regular season, things have gone the opposite way in the playoffs.

The Chiefs have beat Buffalo in all three of their recent postseason meetings, which included a devastating 42-36 overtime loss for Buffalo in 2022.
Kansas City’s most recent playoff win over the Bills came in January of this year as the Chiefs pulled off a 27-24 win in freezing Western New York conditions.
Brady’s comment came as he revealed his power rankings following Week 11 of the season.
The former Patriots and Buccaneers star had Kansas City at No. 3, Buffalo second and the 9-1 Lions in the top spot after their emphatic 52-6 win over the Jaguars.
Though the Chiefs and Bills both look set to comfortably win their divisions, they’ll continue battling for the AFC’s No. 1 seed – and the first-round bye and home-field advantage that come with it.
The Chiefs played just one home playoff game last season en route to a second-straight Super Bowl win after their 11-6 regular season got them the No. 3 seed in the AFC.
Four of their next seven games will come against teams that currently have winning records: the Chargers, Texans, Steelers and Broncos.
The Bills are on bye this week but return in Week 13 with a matchup against the 49ers, and a test at the Lions awaits in Week 15 too.
